How FutureOn will power project performance in 2025
Companies and organizations of all sizes continue to navigate complex challenges of ensuring energy security and efficiencies while developing long-term strategies for what the future of energy will look like. Achieving impactful progress requires thoughtful decisions on the tools and solutions that will support a balanced energy mix.
With a strong heritage of working with energy majors, operators and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies, our FieldTwin platform is energy source neutral, trusted and established across our global customer base. In 2025 and beyond, we are committed to expand our capabilities and services across the entire asset lifecycle, particularly in the operational and maintenance phases of energy projects.
Collaboration is key
Deepening our relationships and partnerships, while breaking down even more data and communication silos, is something I am passionate about.
For FutureOn, 2024 was the year of collaboration, in more ways than one. We redefined our commercial structure of the business, better connecting our customer success, marketing, sales and professional services in a coherent and concise model. And for our customers, the benefits and capabilities of our FieldTwin Collaborate application continued to bring together various project stakeholders to work securely on the same visual workflows and data models using live data.
In this same collaborative spirit, we are continually refining, developing and adding functionality features to FieldTwin to allow our customers to innovate and operate sustainably. The new features in our latest 8.1 software launch, such as Connection Designer and Workflow Gantt, empowers collaborative working no matter where in the world you are or what kind of energy project you are operating within. As a result of this flexibility, we position ourselves as a key player and a critical partner in the energy transition.
Data is power
It’s critical to balance the innovation and execution of digital transformation within organizations so that institutional and live data can be securely and digitally harnessed. Highlighting potential knowledge gaps across global projects, via data analysis and collaborative access to the history and legacy of energy projects is something that can help move forward and ultimately drive better investment and deployment decisions.
And managing the reality and perception of data security and ownership is critical so that this can be achieved. Through our emphasis on interoperability and intuitive solutions within FieldTwin, the power and ownership of data remains with our customers. Where we add value is via the data driven insights and enhanced decision making made possible via our various integrations and applications.
Launched in late 2024, our FieldTwin Vision application enables global teams to securely upload and process data captured by remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), used for the critical inspection and maintenance of underwater assets.
2025 and beyond
And this is just one example of our continued innovation. We remain steadfast in listening to our customers, developing digital solutions and breaking down silos to collaboration. In 2025, bolstered by the relationships we have with our investors and partners, we are in a prime position to thrive in what is set to be an exciting and energizing year for FutureOn to help our customers unlock the power and realize the potential of optimized data, driving the energy transition and shaping the future of the industry.
